About Easy Care Restoration

Easy Care Restoration Ltd. began in 1979 as a carpet and upholstery cleaner using truck mounted steam extraction equipment. We soon assumed a major position in the Greater Vancouver marketplace, specializing in service to property and asset managers. These customers began to call us for their emergency water extraction situations and we quickly adapted to service this need.

Today, the business that was started by Lee Dobbs, is being run by his daughter, Tara, and has more than 30 employees and operates 24/7 from two warehouses in Richmond.

We have Carpet Cleaners, Content Cleaners, Restoration Technicians, Tradesmen, Project Managers, and Support Staff.

We operate over 30 vehicles and over 200 pieces of restoration equipment to ensure that all our customers are satisfied.

Meet the Easy Care Team:



TARA RIGGS
Managing Director


Tara has been the Managing Director at Easy Care Restoration since 2005. Having grown up in the business (her dad opened Easy Care in 1979), Tara has a unique perspective in understanding the nuances of the restoration and carpet cleaning industry. She holds her diploma in financial planning and her Bachelor's degree from UBC.

LUCY AGOSTINHO
Assistant Manager / Business Development


Lucy has been involved with Easy Care for over 10 years. Her understanding of the value of customer service has allowed her to build long lasting relationships with her clientele, while maintaining a standard of excellence for her jobs.

JARED FABIAN
Business Development


Jared is a post secondary graduate with 7 years experience in marketing, promotions, and sales; Industries Jared has been involved in include: Construction, Direct Sales, Hospitality, and Land Development.

ALBERT ATTFIELD
Project Manager


Albert has 15 years of experience in Restoration and Repair services. His mindset of customer service being the first priority, coupled with his ability to run any job of any size allows us to utilize all of his certifications, which include Asbestos Abatement and Mould Remediation.

JAY ROWSELL
Project Manager


Jay is certified through the IICRC with his AMRT (mould remediation) and WRT (water/flood). These certifications allow him to provide needs assessments that ensure the job is of top quality and will be done right the first time.

FRANK BELLAMY
Operations Supervisor


Frank has been with Easy Care for 7 years. His experience in the carpet and floor laying industry, and his use of a "hands on" approach has earned him the respect of our clients and of the 20 + servicemen that he is responsible for.

STUART ALVES
Project Co-ordinator


Stuart brings 8 years of customer service to Easy Care. His ability to multi-task in tough situations ensures the best service possible. His ability to pre-schedule work allows us to make sure we have the right people on site at all times.

RHONDA SHIHO
Project Manager Assistant


Rhonda has over 10 years of customer service experience and has been with Easy Care for 3 years. Her dedication to making sure that our project managers have the support they need, and that our customers are well looked after; makes her one of the most vital members of our team.

DIANNE JEFFREY
Accounting


Dianne has streamlined Easy Care in her 3 year tenure. Her knowledge of all accounting software and ability to work well under timelines has allowed us to focus more attention on our customers and the tasks at hand.
