Easy Care Restoration Ltd. - Our Mission
We provide quality carpet cleaning and restoration services. Our Mission is to build and maintain long term relationships, by providing property managers and owners with peace of mind that we will always provide the very best customer service possible in all of our dealing with them, their tenants and/or their strata owners.
We achieve this goal through:
- Providing certification training to all of our field staff;
- Ensuring that all phone calls and emails are responded to within 1 business day;
- Keeping property managers and owners 'in the loop' as to what's going on with the units they manage;
- Tailoring our services to meet our customers' needs;
- Getting customer feedback on a regular basis through follow up questionnaires
