A. Every flood is different. On average, it takes 4-7 days for us to dry out the structure in your home.
A. No, as long there is no existing mould and we are able to get into your home within 24 hours of the flood to begin the drying process. After 24 hours, mould can begin to grow.
A. It is important to leave the equipment on as directed by your flood technician to ensure the fastest drying time.
A. You can provide us with an extra set of keys to access your home or leave keys with your neighbour or building manager.
A. If you have personal contents that have been damaged from the flood (furniture, clothing, electronics, upgraded flooring, etc…) this will not be covered by your strata insurance. This type of damage is covered by your personal contents insurance. We can work with your private insurance company to restore all your personal contents as well. If you have any questions just ask your project manager.
