Easy Care Guidelines for Social Media

At Easy Care, we encourage the use of social media to participate in online conversations with our customers, partners, suppliers, and the restoration industry. We have advised our staff to observe the following guidelines to ensure responsible use of the social media channels we use.

Treat every action as if it will be recorded for eternity.
You can’t delete a bad blog post, a rude response. Be careful what you say, blog, tweet and do, because the impact can be permanent.
