Another restoration company attended the site and insisted that the entire tile floor needed replacing. Easy Care Restorations provided a scope of work with only one tile that needed to be replaced as only one tile was affected. In these days of rising insurance costs, it is not in anyone's best interest to inflate the costs of claims to carry out work that is not necessary or requested.
 
The owners had made it clear they were satisfied with the tile and did not see the need for entire replacement of the floor. Easy Care Restoration accepted the owner's decision without argument and I appreciated their flexibility. I am always happy to have Easy Care do work for us.
