Easy Care Restoration was founded in 1979 as a carpet and upholstery cleaner. Owner and founder Lee Dobbs grew Easy Care Restoration into one of Vancouver’s most respected carpet cleaning companies, specializing in service to property and asset managers.  Our customers soon began calling us to assist with emergency water extraction situations and the restoration arm of the business took off. 

In 2005, Lee was diagnosed with terminal liver cancer.  His daughter Tara, who had been working with Easy Care for 2 years, stepped into a leadership role and worked closely with Lee in his remaining years to stabilize the business and define the vision for the future of Easy Care.  Lee passed away in January 2006, leaving Easy Care in good hands.

Today, Easy Care has grown from a small carpet cleaning business into a full-service restoration company employing more than 35 certified restoration technicians, skilled tradespeople, project managers, and support staff.  We are a family-run restoration company and have always believed that our customers come first and continue to treat them the way a small business would. From knowing our customers on a first-name basis to our famous homemade cookie deliveries, it’s the little things that truly make us different.
